SPRAWL zero Weapons: Every Named Gun So Far

How weapons work

Two factions, two arsenals

MAETH's weapons dev diary (3 June 2026) splits the guns by who made them. Junta weapons are corporate military hardware: blocky metal with rounded plastic, generally much stronger, some of them experimental. Imago Dei weapons are forged by the cult's smiths from old tools and pre-GenSig platforms, with colloquial names and poorer accuracy, though the rarer ones are still brutal. The director also notes that Junta weapons are "incredibly effective" against the enemies called Amalgams.

Weapon list checked:

Why there is no tier list here

A tier list needs damage, magazine size and drop rates that MAETH has not published, or a lot of hands-on testing that we cannot claim. Guns are also disposable, so what matters most is which enemy carries what: take the Penetrator from a Redeemer, the Deimos from a Legionnaire. The enemies page maps carriers to guns.

Weapon questions

How many weapons are in SPRAWL zero?

Over 40, according to MAETH. They are split between the Junta and the Imago Dei. 16 have been named in official posts, patch notes or reviews so far.

Can you reload or carry two guns?

No. You hold one weapon at a time, there is no reloading and no ammo pickup. Director Carlos Lizarraga said an early build had two weapon slots and it made the game worse.

What do the weapon colours mean?

Weapons come in rarity tiers shown by colour. Green and Blue are confirmed (the Vulcan was moved to Blue), and gold crates hold special guns such as the Vox Dei. MAETH has not published the full ladder.

Is there a best weapon?

MAETH calls the Gosen G12 the most devastating early-game weapon, and players found the Deimos flame shotgun overwhelming in the demo. Because every gun runs dry, the best one is usually whatever the nearest enemy drops.
